Other things to note Please note that Riverside County does have a strict noise ordinance which ALL short-term rentals are required to comply with or risk a large fine. Although we are lucky to own a 4-acre parcel, outside noise still travels amazingly well. Please help us stay compliant since these are not our rules but the county’s. Lastly, we do check the driveway security cameras to verify the actual stated number of guests and cars. Please do not exceed the ten occupancy and preferably five cars. More than five cars are allowed only if booking guests can guarantee not more than ten occupants. All Vendors (Caterers, Massage Therapists, etc) must be approved by the Host. Guests will also likely asked to upload a copy of a government ID on to the Airbnb website to verify age.
