Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with two twin XL beds. The second full bath, with two separate sinks, has a dividing door separating each sink for additional privacy. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are shared by an open floor plan. Kick back and relax on large sectional while watching netflix, youtube, hulu, etc. on the 65" smart TV. An additional smart tv can be rolled into the bedroom of your choice. The sectional sofa converts into a pull out double bed with upgraded gel mattress. You'll find many board games and DVD's for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and 11 foot granite island. Dining table seats 8 comfortably. This apartment is on 2nd floor with steps (photo in listing) to get to apartment. There is is no elevator. It is not wheelchair accessible. The downstairs space, with separate entrance, is leased to Hatchet Coffee Shop. It also has delicious baked goods. At basically a home away from home, you'll be comfortable and happy staying in this wonderful 1,650 square ft. West Jefferson retreat. Other things to note Occupancy is limited to house guests only.
