This imposing rental property is located in the beautiful municipality of Hatley, a hidden gem of the region, just 15 minutes from the picturesque villages of North Hatley and Coaticook. PLEASE NOTE: The Hatley House is rented separately to other guests. Although our backyard is inviting, it is exclusively reserved for guests renting the house. Other things to note Friendly Reminder – Property Policies 1. Noise: We are located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, and respecting our neighbours is a top priority. The city noise curfew is 9:00 PM. 2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. 3. Non-Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes and vaping). 5. No Additional Guests: No additional guests or children are permitted on the premises. 6. Fireworks / Drones: Please refrain from using fireworks, firecrackers, or drones on the property. 7. Security Cameras / Noise Monitor: Please note that the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras and both indoor and outdoor noise monitoring devices to help ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours. 8. Checkout: Please make sure to fully respect the checkout time and departure instructions. Additional fees will apply for incomplete tasks, and a $100 fee will be charged if the checkout time is not respected. 9. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning fees if the space is not left in the same condition as upon arrival. You are also responsible for any damages, breakages, or stains caused to the house, its contents, or outdoor spaces. 10. Photoshoots / Filming / Events: Please contact us in advance to discuss the feasibility of your project. We have different pricing and requirements for these types of bookings. It is strictly prohibited to take commercial photos without prior approval. While the property is beautiful, we do not accept weddings or celebration events. 11. Security Deposit: We reserve the right to request a $750 security deposit for guests with no Airbnb booking history, negative or no reviews. This deposit is requested outside of Airbnb via credit card pre-authorization and is fully refundable at checkout if the property is left in perfect condition, as it was upon arrival. 12. RVs / Tents: Please note that RVs are not permitted in the driveway or on the property, even if no one is sleeping inside the vehicle. Tents are also not allowed on-site.
