We are located 5 min from Windham Ski Mountain & directly across the street from the Vineyard at Windham. The house sits on 5.7 acres with private natural stream fed pond & beautiful woodlands and natural beauty will soothe your soul. 8 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms, with a chefs kitchen, a game room, a decked out home theater with 3D surround sound. A loft overlooking the living area with 2 pull out couches for extra sleeping, along with a WII game system. Includes a large outdoor deck, volleyball net, and large fire pit. First Level includes a billiard room and game room which includes a pool table, dart board and skee-ball. There is a mud room for boots and jackets, along with 2 boot dryers for those cold months. A home theater room with 3D surround sound. A queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and another bedroom with a twin over full bunk. There is a full bathroom with heated floors, and a half bathroom which includes a washer and dryer. Also on this level is a kitchenette with sink and frig. Second level includes a large sunny living room with high ceilings, kitchen and dining room. Coffee bar with Nespresso and 12 cup coffee maker (decaf and regular coffee provided). Small deck off the kitchen includes BBQ grill. Sliding doors off the living room open to a large outdoor deck overlooking the vineyard across the street. A master suite with a king bed and large bathroom with rain shower. Connected to this room is another room with a bunk bed, perfect for a family with young children. Also on this level is 2 more bedrooms with king beds and a small bedroom with another bunk bed. Hallway bathroom with double sinks and tub. A second washer and dryer on this level. Loft level overlooking the living room includes 2 pull out couches, and a Wii game system. Outdoor space has 5.66 acres of property, including a small natural pond in the rear wooded area, a large fire pit, a volleyball net, and plenty of yard space for other games. Entire home is guest accessible with the exception of the mechanical room. Quiet mountainous location with beautiful view of the vineyard. Windham village and ski mountain are about 5 min from the house. The house is located directly across the street from Windham Vineyard. The Vineyard is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and reservations are required. You can make a reservation on their website.
