Ideal for up to six guests, the property is thoughtfully designed across three levels and features three comfortable bedrooms, a modern family bathroom, a cozy lounge and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the expansive green rooftop terrace, complete with recliner chairs and a table, offering the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of Estepona. Spacious Lounge Area - On the lower level, you'll find a spacious lounge area, complete with a 55” Smart TV offering international channels. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the house, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable. Fully Fitted Kitchen - The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, and a full set of cutlery and utensils. A small dining area near the entrance offers an extendable table that comfortably seats six guests, making it perfect for family meals. Comfortable Bedrooms - Master Bedroom: Located on the middle floor, this bedroom boasts a king-size bed (160x190) and an independent air conditioning & Heating unit, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is no on street parking at the property but a public car par is very close and cost only a few euros a day. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★Airport Transfer & Shuttle★ If you are arriving from Malaga Airport then we can assist in arranging airport pickups as well as drop-offs. There are regular buses that run from Malaga airport to Estepona Ccentral and vice versa, which we can also assist and provide additional information on.
