Located in the picturesque village of Kames on the West Coast of Scotland, the holiday apartment features three bedrooms, ideal for families or couples who are looking for modern comforts in a charming coastal location. The space The living room features stylish and contemporary furnishings, settle into the comfortable sofas and gaze out through the large windows overlooking the the famous Kyles of Bute. The well-equipped kitchen features all your modern appliances. Ideal for cooking up a feast with delicious local produce. The kitchen area includes a small dining table seating four, and a breakfast bar, a lovely space to gather. There are three well-furnished bedrooms. Sleeps maximum 4 adults only and 1 child under 12. The family bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, sea views Bedroom 2: Small double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, garden views (room is cosy compact) Bedroom 3: Single bed, bedside table, sea views Guests have access to an outdoor area within their own private garden and grassed area. Includes outdoor furniture with side sea views. Back gate leads to local walks and local golf course. Also, a maintained grass area opposite front garden on the shorefront leading to a pebble beach. Access to the property is via an exterior staircase. Just a short walk to Kames Village is the Kames Hotel, a friendly hotel bar restaurant and welcoming locals. Kames is tucked away on the West Coast of Scotland, also known as Argyll's Secret Coast. Nearby is the main street of Tighnabruaich where you will find local arts and crafts, cafes and further pubs. There is free street car parking space at the front of the property or within driveway. Facing Findhorn, enter via shared drive to the right hand side.
