Ideal for both families and business travelers, this villa offers convenience with a mere 5-minute drive to Warner Center and the finest shopping destinations in the valley, including Topanga Mall, The Village, and Calabasas Commons. It's only a 30-minute drive to Malibu, with easy freeway access to reach any desired location. Experience the ultimate lifestyle at this impeccable Walnut Acres estate, situated on an extensive 20,000-square-foot lot with picturesque park-like grounds. The remarkable yard boasts a spacious pebble-tech pool with a baja bench, waterslide, and water features. Enjoy the open grassy areas, expertly landscaped with fruit trees, a swing set, basketball hoop, and even a chicken coop where the gardener takes care of cleaning while you gather fresh eggs! The stunning flagstone deck features a gas fire pit, outdoor dining and lounge furniture from Crate & Barrel, covered patios with ceiling fans, and a stone bar complete with a built-in BBQ. The backyard also features an above-ground trampoline with a net. If you would like to access the trampoline during your stay, please let us know in advance so our team can have unlocked and prepared for your arrival. The outdoor pool maintains a minimum temperature of 82 degrees during Summer. Please note, there is no longer an in-ground spa at this home. The main house spans 2,500 square feet and features a single-level open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Recently renovated with hardwood floors throughout, the spacious living room showcases a modern 3D wall, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace. The primary suite includes French doors for direct access to the pool, a walk-in closet, and a travertine bathroom with a separate tub and steam shower. The bright kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for baking and cooking. The house is equipped with brand new central AC/Heat with Nest thermostats. This smart home also incorporates solar panels, a Nest doorbell, outdoor security cameras, Hue lighting, Sonos speakers, and strong wifi with 4 wireless access points to ensure fast internet connectivity across the entire property. The separate studio at the back of the property serves as an office, gym furnished with a Peloton and weights, and a movie theater featuring a projector and 4 reclining movie seats. The owners have utilized this structure as a private office, providing a quiet space for uninterrupted work. The garage is equipped with an electric car charger featuring a Tesla adapter, and the circular driveway offers ample parking space for additional cars and recreational vehicles. Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. Unless otherwise discussed with you in advance, there will be no one else on the gardener and pool man. The backyard features an above-ground trampoline which is kept locked. If you would like to access this amenity during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we may have prepared for your arrival. Please supervise children at all times while in use. Guests are also required to sign our Trampoline Use Liability Waiver prior to usage. A mesh pool guard is installed around the pool for safety, please always closely monitor any children who cannot swim in the backyard. HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside of the home. No loud music after 9pm. No parties or large gatherings as we are nestled in a quiet community and want to respect our neighbors. Please note, we do have outdoor security cameras (for your safety and ours) and you will lose your deposit if you have any large gatherings. Just a 5-minute drive to Warner Center, world-class shopping and dining (at the recently renovated Topanga Mall, The Village, and Calabasas Commons), all your favorite Grocery Stores (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, Amazon Fresh) and only 30 minutes over the canyon to the breathtaking Malibu coastline. Quick access to the 101 freeway to be on your way to iconic Los Angeles destinations including Universal Studios (18 miles), Magic Mountain (45 miles), Disneyland (60 miles), The Getty Center (16 mi), Beverly Hills (20 miles), Santa Monica Pier (20 miles), Melrose district (21 miles), Downtown Los Angeles (28 miles), and the Reagan Library (25 miles) Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car. If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience. - By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. - You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. - Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis at the time of booking. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may incur additional check-out charges.
