This condo was recently fully remodeled with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and all new furniture and blue, beachy décor. *FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided with this rental, which includes 2 Lounge Chairs + an oversized umbrella (a $50/day value!) from March - October! *The updated kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics (coffee/tea bar, oils/spices, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans/cookware) so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags, tin foil, etc.) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats 8 with additional seating at the counter-height kitchen bar. There is also a bar space with a wine refrigerator. *The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, beachy decor, a 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, HUGE Gulf views through 9 foot sliding doors. The spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the famous sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. On the expanded balcony, there is a dining table for six and two lounge chairs. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a cold beverage, and a meal with friends/family. *On one side of the living space, there is the spacious master bedroom with GULF VIEWS, balcony access, a KING bed, closet, 42" Smart TV, and large bathroom with dual vanity, stand up shower, and soaker tub.
