La Barnière – Crupies

The 19 th -century building in natural stone, which became a large, spacious and very bright house after the renovation, offers many very pleasant spaces. The space The equally pleasant outdoor spaces offer several places of relaxation and games including a terrace shaded by two old plane trees, a 4m x 16m swimming pool surrounded by a large sunny terrace as well as a very large garden. The house is secluded with a unique neighbor nearby. Out of respect for its tranquility and those of its animals, parties are not allowed, nor noise outside after a certain time as well as loud music indoors. Ground floor: Several living rooms open to the outdoor terrace, kitchen open to the dining room very well equipped for large groups. Pool room/ baby soccer, TV room 1st floor: 7 bedrooms including: - 3 double bedrooms (1x160 /2x180); 1 bedroom with three single beds; 3 bedrooms with two single beds. 4 bathrooms 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 bedrooms with 3 single beds + 1 bathroom. ** extra linen: €12.5 per single bed/€25 per double bed. Linens include sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats. If you want the beds to be ready upon arrival, there is an additional charge of €50 ** You will be asked for an additional €35 if you would like to bring your pet. ** coffee maker available in the house: family filter coffee maker + Senséo coffee maker (paper pods) ** If the maximum number of guests is reached, we limit the number of babies to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity allowed then the reservation will be canceled without refund. ** basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the remainder of the stay. ** Departures are before 10am. Where possible, we can allow checkout until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra €15 per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5 p.m. ** The space has a noise detector.
