The house is secluded with only one neighbor nearby. Out of respect for the tranquility of the host and their animals, parties are not allowed, nor is outside noise after a certain hour or loud music indoors. Ground floor: Several living rooms open to the outdoor terrace, kitchen open to the dining room, very well equipped for large groups. Pool table/foosball room, TV room 2nd floor: 7 bedrooms including: - 3 double bedrooms (1x160 / 2x180); 1 bedroom with three single beds; 3 bedrooms with two single beds. 4 bathrooms 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 BA. ** extra linen: €12.5 per single bed/€25 per double bed. Linens include sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.
