Two are on the main level, one with a queen, the other with a double bed and access to the deck. The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, is upstairs and includes a large screen tv, lounge chairs and a workspace. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 8 - Pull out full sized sofa in living room - We provide linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 300Mbps - Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2024 through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Cleaning fee: $200 ** - We openly share & clearly post our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. *If additional pets are approved, additional charges will apply (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you) Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations.
