Out of respect for the neighbors, parties or events involving guests not listed on the reservation are prohibited. Exceeding the guest limit or hosting parties on site may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. Rental of this space includes all areas of the property and home, with the exception of the garage, the basement and all rooftops. These areas do not provide emergency egress, and are strictly off limits at all times. Doorways to these spaces are to remain locked. Alternative emergency egress is provided through other exterior doors and windows on the main floor and via windows and emergency ladders provided in each upstairs bedroom.
