Three bedroom private home, located along the Thames River! Bedroom on the main floor, king bed sleeps (2). Second bedroom has two queen beds, sleeps (4). Primary bedroom with king bed, sleeps (2). En-suite bath with Jack and Jill entry for second bedroom to access. Additional sleeping area off of the primary bedroom, sleeps (2). This is a private home rental with an in-law unit below. The deck and balcony are private to the reservation, lower level grounds are shared (i.e. riverfront deck on lower grounds). Owner is onsite but is respectful of privacy. Property manager available for assistance when owner is unavailable. Cameras onsite for security purposes only and are limited to the common areas (i.e. parking, and exterior sidewalks). No smoking in units. Smoking allowed outside. Keep grounds clear of smoking debris. Please be respectful. Guest access Private decks overlooking the Thames on the main level and off of the primary suite.
