Mathias Alten, the world-known GR painter, built the "honeymoon cottage" for his daughters. Pets allowed. Historic business district with well-known eateries & bars Fulton Heights – Couple blocks away. The historic business district is known for shopping, coffee shops, eateries, & the 100-plus-year-old Sat. morning Farmers market/pop-up shops. Wealthy – Historic business district. Known for trendy eateries & a more chill hangout seen. Gas Light Village – Higher-end shopping & restaurant district in East Grand Rapids, a mile or so away. Downtown GR – Check out Ionia St for our bar district or The BOB near the arena. Several breweries as well. Founders is the popular one. Pets are an additional one-time fee of $50. Guests are responsible for the electric bill which averages $1.25 to $3.50 a day depending on use. A starter bag of supplies will be included with your stay. Quiet hours are 9pm-8 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please do not smoke inside. No parties, please. Reservations made on behalf of another individual must be disclosed and approved by the host before booking. Unauthorized third-party bookings may be canceled. We are here to help make your stay the best!
