Vista del Valle welcomes you to your private desert adventure located in the heart of Joshua Tree town. Retreat in solitude, entertain amongst nature, and explore the natural beauty that Joshua Tree has to offer. The space ~Outdoors~ Vista del Valle is an entertainer’s dream. Those looking for an active escape can wake up to sun salutations on the patio followed by pickleball matches on your very own private court. Slow down the pace with our Pitch ‘n’ Putt golf before you spread out under the covered alfresco dining area. This conveniently has infrared panel heaters to keep you warm, and tornado fans to keep you cool. Cool off in the swimming pool, soak up the superb stargazing from the hot tub, or cap off the night in the sunken wood-burning firepit. ~Indoors~ You’ll find 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and a working station, 2 bathrooms, and a converted guest room with a queen bed in the adjacent garage space, sleeping a total of 8 guests. Please note that while the guest room is adjacent to the main house, there is no internal door connecting them, so you must use the front door access (a few feet away). Throughout you can indulge in the modern amenities, comfortable, contemporary furniture, and earthy accents that draw on the natural beauty of the desert. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, and boasts prime views of Coyote Hole Canyon, making it a unique space to prepare family-style dinners. We offer ample indoor living space with the main living room and the games room which collectively feature two large smart TVs, a slate pool table and plenty of board games. For those traveling with a young family, we provide essential supplies such as the Graco Pack ‘n’ Play, a high chair and a baby bath. ~Location~ Vista del Valle is in an unbeatable location. One turn onto Park Blv which takes you directly to the National Park West Entrance. Do not put sand or soap in the hot tub. Our hot tub & pool cleaner comes once a week. If you do not want them to come during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to alter the time they will come. Fire Pit | All fires must be attended to by a responsible adult at all times. Only clean, dried wood, is allowed to be burned as per San Bernardino County rules. Backyard | Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the backyard. By reserving this property you accept full liability for you and your guests. Pets | If you have a pet, you must agree to follow the Pet Guidelines. If you have any pets on the property without prior consent from the owners, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Landscape | Enjoy the desert landscape for it's natural beauty. This means there may be sand, rocks, burrs and sticks in the surrounding environment. Best to wear shoes when outside. Plumbing | All houses in Joshua Tree are on septic tank systems and so, only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Noise & Extra Guests | You will be living in a quiet, local community. Please be respectful of your neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm - 8 am. We are not licensed to host extra guests beyond 8 people. Please park your vehicles on the driveway and designated parking on our property. Late Check-Out | Our checkout time is 11:00AM. This is to ensure that we have enough time to clean the property for our next guest. If you are interested in late check-out, let us know in advance and we can try our best to accommodate you. LIABILITY WAIVER: By making a reservation, you and all members of your stay agree that you release the hosts of all liability that may occur during your stay. This includes personal property damage, injuries and financial responsibility. You understand that if you are using the hot tub, pool, pickleball court, fire pit and anything else at the property is at your own risk and you will be fully responsible for any injury that comes up during your stay.
