We're walkable to the beach and Destin Commons and just a short drive from Henderson Beach S.P., Destin's HarborWalk Village, SilverSands Outlets, Grand Boulevard at SanDestin, and so much more. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. This three bedroom home includes a primary bedroom with king bed and adjoining bath, a secondary bedroom with king bed and hall bath, and a third bedroom that includes a full over full bunk bed. Additionally, the living room sofa folds out to a queen. Home features a spacious porch, ample living room, and a fantastic kitchen to prep family meals. I won't be available in person, but I am always available to answer questions sent through Airbnb. My team works to keep the properties in great condition, and we have a fantastic network of local service providers that are able to resolve any issues you encounter. Crystal Beach is a centrally located neighborhood area of Destin, Florida, loved by families for its easy access to the beach and Destin Commons. You'll be a very brief drive or walk to Destin's best shopping district and an easy, 10-minute walk to the beach. Our neighborhood features a beautiful swimming pool to lounge by if you tire of the nation's most beautiful beaches! You'll be able to see the neighborhood pool off your porch so easy to keep an eye on your older kids as they swim. Destin Commons is a 10 minute walk to the north with an extra wide crosswalk and traffic light to cross Highway 98. To the south, a 10-minute walk takes you to the nation's (same dare say the world's!) best beach. Pets: Up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
