Located just minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, this 3BR/2BA retreat combines modern amenities with inviting outdoor living. Living Spaces Relax in the open living room with soaring ceilings, curated boho décor, and plenty of natural light. The sectional sofa doubles as a queen bed, perfect for extra guests or cozy movie nights on the 55” Smart TV. A digital fireplace adds ambiance, while high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. Kitchen & Dining The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and stocked essentials. Gather at the dining table for eight or enjoy casual breakfasts at the bar for four—all while taking in sweeping mountain views. Bedrooms & Baths Primary suite: king bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet. Guest room: queen bed + walk-in closet. Guest room: two twin beds. Additional queen sleeper in the living room. Two bright bathrooms with tub/shower combos and roomy vanities ensure comfort for all. Outdoor Living This is where Casa del Sol shines. A private fenced pool, spacious hot tub, covered patio with West Elm furnishings, charcoal grill, and firepit make it easy to gather, relax, and stargaze under desert skies. Casa del Sol offers the perfect balance of adventure and comfort—your desert sanctuary for families, couples, and groups. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay, For your comfort and safety, the property is equipped with exterior cameras at the front door and over the garage (no interior cameras). A noise monitoring device (no recording) helps ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay Casa del Sol is yours to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable memories. Other things to note The pool is only open from March to October. We are able to open it out of season on request with 4 days notice and a $150 cleaning surcharge. The Hot tub is open year round. Please provide your own charcoal if you’d like to use the grill. We provide starter wood for the firepit. No pets allowed. The property cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Please supervise your children at all times outdoors, especially around the firepit/pool/hot tub. No smoking. No fires anywhere but the grill and firepit. Solely for the purpose of your safety and the safety of our cleaners/handyman, there is an outdoor camera on the doorbell and over the garage. It does not actively record. As per county regulations, we have a noise detector to monitor for decibel levels that could potentially disturb neighbors in this quiet residential neighborhood. It does not actively record. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CAMERAS: There are NO cameras inside of the property interior. The only camera is on the outside of the house for security. If you do find any items that you are suspicious of that may appear to be a camera, please notify us IMMEDIATELY and take photos of anything suspicious. We are committed to your safety. Renter Agreement Contract and Security Deposit: As part of our new management group, we are asking renters to sign our rental agreement and for a security deposit. This is standard protocol for the owner's protection of their private home, and for the proper upkeep of the property for all future guests. The deposit is drawn 3 days prior to your arrival and as long as there are no serious damages, it is returned to your credit card on the third day after your departure.
