Diverse neighborhood just blocks from the University of Toledo. Close proximityto local and state law enforcement agencies, and centrally located between Toledo's best attractions! Car is the best transportation option in Toledo. Uber is an option but wait time varies significantly if not in the downtown area. Electric Scooter rental is an option we recommend only using those in downtown area and the neighborhood where we're located near the University of Toledo. All are welcome. We just ask that you do not smoke in the home or have large gatherings. We do our best to ensure guests enjoy themselves while staying with us.
