We are conveniently located 10 minutes from TTU, easy access to I-27. NEWER south Lubbock. The home has a fun Texas appeal with a great, comfy home feeling. With an exceptional farmhouse + colorful touch, you can rest assured you will have a wonderful stay in our humble 3/2 home. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with double sinks. Full access to the coffee bar, wifi, comfy beds, fireplace, and beautiful outside patio; you have found your home away from home at The West Texas Oasis. The space The Master bedroom features a King size bed and a private luxury bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have Queen size beds. Each room is comforted with luxiourious linens, great pillows for a good night's rest, and extra blankets to keep cozy. The living room features plenty of seating and a beautiful fireplace to keep your stay warm and cozy. Above the fireplace is a great 65-inch TV with Roku to access for all your show desires. (you can king into your own streaming services). Or gather around and play some board games with your friends and family. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make all your favorite meals during your stay. The backyard has plenty of patio seating to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and unwind. This property includes a two-car garage and plenty of free parking in the driveway or along the street. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Guest access The entire home; the only exclusion is the entryway closet. Other things to note Pets are not allowed: A $200 charge will be charged if our policy is not respected. NO SMOKING inside the home. Removal of fire detectors is a huge violation to our property and a $500+ violation charge will be charged. We have pest control scheduled quarterly; critters may arrive unexpectedly as it is Texas. *We do not allow small gatherings or parties at our property* You are fully responsible for any and all damages that occur during your stay if any at all. Do not use wet wipes down the toilet. Turn off the propane tank if not in use. DO NOT leave hot items such as waffle maker, hair iron, curling iron, etc. on at any time during your stay if not using.
