Park your car in the driveway or single-car garage, grab your bags, and head inside! The entry level has a single-car garage which has a passthrough door into the ground-level bedroom. This bedroom includes its own private bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony! You'll love relaxing out here in the early morning hours with a hot cup of coffee and a good book. The third floor contains the living room and kitchen. The large couch has room for everyone in your party to enjoy a movie with your loved ones after a long day on the beach. The dining room table can seat all eight of your guests comfortably. Relax around the table with a homemade meal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and oven/stovetop. There is also a half bath located on this floor. You'll also have access to the second balcony, complete with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ to use during those warm summer months! Enjoy the view and ocean breeze with your loved ones while grilling up some fresh fish from the market on Highway 101 or your catch of the day. A washer and dryer is also available for guest use during your stay, so feel free to pack light and wash clothes as needed. While staying in the Rockaway Beach area, you'll have plenty to see. There are several restaurants and shops to explore along Highway 101, just a short walk away from your condo unit. You can also traverse the miles and miles of sandy beach, or rent a boogie board and try it out down on the water. You can fish, swim, or surf while staying in Rockaway Beach! You can also travel south into Tillamook and explore the Cheese Factory. Enjoy a fresh scoop of ice cream at their on-site location, or grab some pizza. Sleeping Accommodations: First Floor - Bedroom 1 - Queen Second Floor - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Full Over Full Bunks *Security Camera on the garage that views the driveway and entrance to the home. HOA policy regarding BBQ grills. Grills of any kind in usage areas are limited. They cannot be on decks, patios, or balconies. Must be used at least 10ft away from the building at a grade level. Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Not Pet Friendly. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
