This includes full use of all outdoor amenities such as the trampoline, beach volleyball court, water mat, and non-motorized water equipment (kayaks, canoe, floaties; seasonal availability). Life jackets are provided for guest safety. With prior notice, hosts or caretaking staff may occasionally need access to restricted service areas for maintenance or operational purposes only. These areas include utility rooms, storage sheds, and motorized watercraft and are not part of the guest-accessible space. Guest privacy is always respected. Cedar Spa Access (Optional Add-On) The wood-fired cedar hot tub and sauna are not included in the accommodation rate.
