Just off the kitchen is a coffee bar for all your coffee needs. The main floor also has a half bath. The second floor features four bedrooms and two full baths. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. The third bedroom offers a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the fourth bedroom features a twin bed with another twin trundle. The lake level offers another living space and a wet bar, the perfect place to spend time with the family while taking in all the lake views. Step outside the French doors onto the patio, where you will find a fire pit and BBQ for all your outdoor needs. The in-law suite is a separate cottage right next door. The suite features a full Murphy bed, a small kitchen, and another full bath. This Lake George rental also offers a boathouse and dock space for two 24-foot boats. Just a few minutes from Lake George Village, this home offers privacy while keeping you close to Lake George events. The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. The booking guest must attend the reservation. ***Once your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed*** This must be done for you to receive check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm.
