Make memories that will last a lifetime with your friends and family at this gorgeous home! **(Long-term tenant lives in basement unit.)** The space With 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to stretch out in this well-appointed space. When you aren't out adventuring, take advantage of the home's many amenities including a fully-stocked kitchen, televisions with streaming capabilities, multiple sitting areas, and a sauna. 25 minutes → Grand Targhee Resort 1 hour → Jackson, WY 1 hour, 15 minutes → Grand Teton National Park 1 hour, 45 minutes → Yellowstone National Park Other things to note ***Long-term tenant lives in basement. They have 2 cats but are very quiet. Basement and house are not connected internally. Both have separate outdoor entrances. The cats have never been in the house. As there are no shared spaces or amenities (other than the driveway), we have classified this as an "entire home" listing.*** Upstairs balcony is unavailable in the winter due to snow accumulation. Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide! • Please turn all lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley • 20 MPH on all roads around the house • NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home) • Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning • While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
