Located on the third floor (no elevator) of a well-appointed condominium, you'll be seduced by its parquet flooring, high ceilings and spaciousness from the moment you enter. Opening onto a beautiful dining room adjoining a lovely living room with sofa bed with direct access to the terrace. The pleasant, independent kitchen has everything you need to prepare your best dishes: fridge, oven, Nespresso machine, gas hob (5 burners), toaster, kettle and dishwasher. It has two bedrooms, the first of which, like the living room, gives access to the terrace overlooking the Cours Cambronne, while the second is divided into two areas with 2 double beds. The bathroom is directly accessible from both bedrooms, and features a large old-fashioned bathtub. For your laundry, you'll have access to a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The WC is separate. Cocoonr Agency Le Cambronne is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment and its operation, and hand over the keys. Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
