Our fully fenced yard, outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit & all the comforts of a home away from home for you to enjoy. We would love to host you. The space Ample off street parking for 4 vehicles. Close proximity to Grocery store & Pizza (GF avail). Apx. 20 mins to Clarkesville, 30 to Dickson, 60 to Nashville. We use all natural cleaning products with the exception of the hot tub and laundry. Adjustable Nest heating/cooling. New Samsung appliance and full Kitchen. Lot of utensils, to make delish home made meals - we even have an Instapot and blender. Pantry with plenty of space to store your food and beverages. Coffee and tea bar with a coffee maker, pour over and Kettle. We supply coffee, a variety of teas, cream, and a variety of sweeteners. Plenty of ice and filtered water in the refrigerator. Fully equipped laundry with new washer and dryer, for your use for free. 65" Smart TV and fiber optic WIFI. Board games and puzzles. Amazing views. Outdoor dining area. Please feel free to bring your own fire wood for the fire pit outside. The fireflies in July and August are spectacular!!!! Guest access Keyless entry. Entire home and back yard. Ample space to park up to 4 cars, trucks or trailers. Entry by the side gate is not permitted. Other things to note Please do not smoke in the house, near or at the front or back doors. There will be a $500.00 charge if smoke smells are detected in the home after your departure. We do have lovely neighbours at a distance. Rodger the Rooster may be heard sometimes. The occasional critters may wander into our yard. Please be aware that their home is outside. Supervision of children in the yard is a must, at all time. Absolutely no hair dying allowed.
