As you walk in you’ll be greeted by 22ft ceilings, a beautiful custom staircase, and an open concept floor plan. The main floor consists of a large updated kitchen with a kitchen island and dinner table, living room with a smart TV, sectional sofa and a large wood burning fireplace for those cozy nights, a games room with a billiards table, dart board, and lots of board games, access to the patio and hot tub, laundry, office, and a half bath. When you head upstairs, you will find all the master suite with full ensuite. A second bedroom with queen bed, and a third bedroom which is private and used by the owner of the property. Other things to note This property is not lake front. Lake access is a two minute drive up the road, and this is where you will also find a boat launch.
