Welcome to Lincoln! Our cozy, updated unit is ideally located just a short walk to Main Street shopping, dining and swimming, and less than 3 miles to Loon Mountain Resort. Just a short drive to area attractions! This is a perfect base camp for families, hikers and anyone looking to take advantage of all that the area has to offer. Offsite amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub and gym) are included and located nearby at the Nordic Inn. The space The condo is located on the third floor of the building with an exterior entrance. Upon entering you will find a full kitchen, and a large open concept dining/living area. There are 1.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on the main level. There is a large private deck off of the living room. Upstairs, you will find a second living area with attached bunk room. (the kids will love having their own floor!) THERE IS A POOL ON SITE, BUT PER HOA IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTER USE Guest access ***IMPORTANT*** There is parking for 2 vehicles total. Parking is not assigned, but one car must park behind the other.
