Nice apartment located on the outskirts of the island of Ortigia, a few steps from the sea and the Rossana Maiorca cycle path which offers splendid views of the coast. The space The entrance of the accommodation is on the first floor, but the apartment spreads over three levels. On the first one there is a bright living area with a double sofa bed, a dining table, an open-plan kitchen with all the cooking tools, and a small toilet with a wc and a sink. A staircase in the living room leads to the second floor, where there is a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and, boasting a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower. On the third and last floor you will find a laundry room from where you can access the amazing terrace which has a splendid sea view and it is furnished with a dining table and a lounge area with a coffee table and outdoor sofas. Air conditioning and heating with a heat pump will be available in the accommodation. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
