Our Apartment: The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle-free start. Do remember this is a Self-Serviced apartment. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment by you during your stay. If they do the run out, you will only need to replace them if you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay. Additional beds & linens: When reserving this apartment for four (4) people the booking fees include the linens & towels (4 bath and 4 hand towels) for the 2 double beds in each of the bedrooms. If you require three (3) separate beds for the 4 people staying in the apartment (both bedroom, double beds + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee of £35.00 to pay for the 3rd bed linens. Apartment dimensions: The dimensions are, inside - 950sq feet (90m2) & back garden - 10sq feet (2m2). For our smokers you may smoke in the garden. We do provide an ashtray. Apartment Beds: The ensuite bedroom has a king size bed 150 x 200 cms. The second bedroom has a standard double bed 135 x 190 cms. The double sofa bed is from Ikea. Our Body, Hand Wash & Shampoo: We provide shared bottles of body wash, hand wash, and shampoo to make your stay feel relaxed and home‑from‑home. If anything runs out during your stay, just let us know. We understand that some people prefer to use their own products for brand or hygiene reasons, so if that’s your preference, please remember to pack your toiletries. Guest access I use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The safe is located outside the front door, which monitored by CCTV for your safety & security. I provide you with the welcome message 5 days before your arrival date of same day if you book less than 5 days before your arrival. This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit. The apartment located in Waldemar Avenue, is on the ground floor and was fully refurbished in 2015. Access is through the front door from the Avenue into the main building and then through the apartment main door, which faces you as you enter. There is one low step from street level to the main front door, which leads you to the apartment. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward and easy access into the apartment. Once inside access to all room is on ground level, so it is straightforward for people with mobility issues to move around. There is one low step down from the kitchen into garden. Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe and easily accessible for guests. We will send this information to you a minimum of 3 days before you arrive. If you’re arriving earlier than 3 days’ time we will send it within 24 hours. Other things to note We provide one (1) set of apartment keys for your use during your stay. You have unlimited and sole use of the Key Safe throughout your stay. If members of your group need to access the apartment at different times during the day or night, we recommend placing the keys in the Key Safe to make this easy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide more than one set of keys. Always remember to take the keys with you when stepping outside. People sometimes, intentionally or unintentionally, close the door without the keys and lock themselves out. In such cases, a locksmith must be called, and you will be responsible for all associated costs. We turn the heating off when the apartment is unoccupied. This prevents unnecessary energy wastage, as homes continuously lose heat through walls, windows, and roofs. The central heating system in the apartment is very efficient and usually warms the apartment within 15–30 minutes. The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting. It ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium or long term rental periods. If this apartment is not available just click on that picture of me as I do have other apartment, equally as good, which may be available. This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a family gathering do discuss.
