The first bedroom comprises a double while in the second there is a king-sized which can be split into two singles to provide flexibility for the sleeping arrangements. The modern bathroom has a fabulous walk-in shower. The hallway then opens up in to a large, open-plan living area and the modern kitchen comes with all the appliances you need for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. During the day, the light pours in through the Velux windows and offers incredible views of the popular Woolacombe Beach which is only approximately one hundred meters walk away. Meanwhile in the evenings guests can sit and enjoy the famous Woolacombe sunsets while relaxing on the terrace, accessed from one of the bedrooms. Woolacombe offers one of the finest beaches in Devon, if not the UK, with easy access right from the front door of Ocean Lookout. The beach has won numerous awards and the 3 mile stretch of golden sands is ideal for families wanting to build sandcastles or surfers wanting to enjoy some of the best conditions the country has to offer. The sheer length of the beach means it is possible to find quieter places in the surf even at the height of summer. Life guards and the RNLI keep watch over the beach between April and September and October half term weeks. Dogs are welcome on the beach year-round with some minor restrictions it peak months. Woolacombe itself is a lively town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance of Ocean Lookout. The apartment is also ideally suited to those walking the South West Coast Path and much of the surrounding countryside is managed by the National Trust, so remains unspoilt. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Guests will need to bring their own bedding for the infant in the travel cot.
