Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet area south of the island of Oléron, this recently renovated family home, which has 4 bedrooms with 11 beds, will allow you to spend pleasant and friendly moments with your friends and family. The space 120 M2 house comprising: - 4 bedrooms (sleeps 11 in total + an extra sofa). Composition of rooms: * Bedroom 1: A queen size bed (160 cm). * Bedroom 2: one 140 cm bed * Bedroom 3: A queen size bed (160 cm) and a 90 cm bed. * Bedroom 4 A queen size bed (160 cm) and two bunk beds of 90 cm (child aged 6 years minimum for top bed). - A living room, dining room and kitchen. - Terrace overlooking the very shaded garden of more than 700 m2. - A pétanque court accessible through a gate adjoins the property on one side. The large wooden terrace overlooking the garden, with a plancha, will allow you to spend pleasant evenings with the family in summer. The property is located within walking distance of a protected natural area (Le Marais des Bris). Access to the nearest beach can be by bike (about 10mn), but also on foot, taking only trails or bike path. Another family beach facing south, and with parking, is also accessible 5 minutes by car, or by bike. Access to the town center (all shops and market) of St Trojan les Bains can be done by bike by a bike path (about 15 Mn), or by car. Parking for 5-6 cars is located in front of the house. Its location at the end of a cul-de-sac, and in a very quiet neighborhood that allows children to play around the house, as there is very little traffic. The grounds are fenced with trees, so very shaded. A wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as an indoor barbecue, will allow you to spend autumn or winter evenings in "cocooning" mode.
