We are happy to accommodate special requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Contact us now The space The flat is large and beautifully presented. It features one main bedroom with a queen bed and an additional king single bed for a third person. If you have extra little ones or babies, please let us know, and we can help accommodate them. We have everything for babies available (travel cot and high chair) and also an additional rollaway that can be placed in the main bedroom for small children. The outdoor space is lovely and perfect for enjoying an afternoon glass of wine after a busy day at work or play. The flat is conveniently located by the pool, which you are welcome to use. The flat is surrounded by beautiful gardens and very private to the main house. please note we do charge for extra guests and linen for extra beds. Just message though and we can arrange the best set up for you. We now have filtered water through out including bathroom. The TV comes with Foxtel and we offer high speed Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, air fryer and everything you need to make a home cooked meal. There is a weber Q for a barbecue outdoors. The pool is available when we are not using it! We are available anytime for special requests or help. Guest access Parking is available on the street, sorry we use the drive way but we are at the very quiet end of the peninsula so no issues with parking. The flat is accessed via a side gate to the main house and very private once you have checked in. The main entrance is at the back of the flat you have your own front door and access and private yard. There is a bus at the door stop to Caringbah Station an only 2 stops to Cronulla or one stop to Miranda. We are super close to Beautiful Cronulla Beach, Shark Park, Burraneer, YMYC Port Hacking, Caringbah, Water Street Boat Ramp and Westfield Miranda (Miranda Fair). Our favourite very popular cafe Our Father is the perfect place for your morning coffee, or you could enjoy your own at home supplied by us :) Grab a coffee and take the kids the playground. Other things to note "The flat includes tea, coffee, and basic pantry items. We have beach equipment available; just ask KA when booking and let us know your plans so we can provide these for you. The room includes beach towels and yoga mats. We have also included games and cards for your stay. If you have young children and need entertainment, please let us know when booking, and we will ensure it is age-appropriate for you.
