The space Apartment Sleeps 9: Living room: - Fitted with a large Smart TV - The Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests Bedroom 1: • Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 guests. • Has a lovely bath in the bedroom and a separate ensuite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: • Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 guests. • Has an additional single futon sofa bed sleeping 1 guest. Bedroom 3: • Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 guests. Kitchen - Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Oven, Washing Machine and much more! Main Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Toilet and Sink. This apartment is within a Georgian Coach House located on a Residential Street, with easy access into the City Centre. Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to the whole house during their stay. We are contactable during your stay but will not be at the property. Other things to note Other Things to note: This is a pet-friendly apartment, where we can accommodate one furry friend. To ensure your pets have a comfortable stay, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we only accept dogs as pets. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
