Just a short drive to the beach and the hot spot Atlantic Ave in Delray where you will find dining, live music, shopping and more.This cozy home is the perfect getaway. Enjoy complimentary coffee in the beautifully remodeled and fully stocked kitchen where you can cook your favorite family dishes! Or make your way to the outdoor kitchen and bar for a nice cookout by the pool with an ice maker and mini fridge to keep your beverages chilled. The space This home has a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other side. There is a spacious kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating room at the bar and dining table. The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details. Guest access Guests have the entire home and private fenced in backyard to themselves. Other things to note •Parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY prohibited without direct permission from owners. Guests inquiring about an event will be asked to provide specific details before it can be approved. If an event takes place at the home without approval the guest will be penalized with a fee, reported, and be told to leave the property immediately. •On the day of your arrival you will be contacted with a code for you to use during your stay to enter the home. •The shed door facing the pool is accessible to all guests and includes pool items and outdoor activities. • Laundry: Washer & dryer are located in an outdoor closet in the carport.
