Blocks from Earlewood Park with walking trails, dog parks and a frisbee golf course. The space Unit D is located upstairs in a 4-unit apartment building. The apartment is perfect for 2 people and is intended for mature adults that are traveling without children. This quaint apartment is designed as an efficiency 1-bedroom / studio style unit. There is off-street parking for 1 vehicle and any additional vehicles may park for free on the street. Entry is from the rear of the property and through a shared screened in porch with Unit C on the second level. Guests enter into the sunroom which is set up with privacy shades and has a mini bar, lounge chair, and dining table. A pair of French doors leads you into the bedroom and living area with a queen sized bed, desk for remote work, sofa and RokuTV (no cable). The memory foam bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets so you will be sure to get a good nights sleep. There’s a nightstand with lamp and closet for hanging clothes storage. A sofa and 50” SmartTV are located in this same space for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies through your personal streaming apps. Located behind the sofa is a desk for any business that needs to get taken care of while your here visiting. The kitchen is next and is stocked with all the essentials you will need to make a home cooked meal or for you to enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. There is a beautiful wooden countertop that has seating for 2, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee that is also provided for your pleasure. There is an apartment sized/efficiency washer and dryer located in the kitchen for your use, electric range, fridge, sink, and microwave (no dishwasher). The bathroom has all new tile in the shower/tub combo and a graphic floor pattern. There is a single vanity for you to put all of your bathroom essentials away. You may hear day-to-day sounds from your neighbors and we ask everyone to be respectful and refrain from playing loud music or blasting the volume on the TV. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM every day.
