Luxury Villa Prestige is a 4-star villa built in 2014, decorated and equipped to high standards of tourist accommodation. Away from the sea 2 km in a quiet environment where you can feel the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean. The space The rooms are spread over two floors as follows: In the lower level there is the tavern with cozy dining area and kitchen, WC, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with sofa bed, dining table,kitchen and a bathroom. From here you can reach the terrace and the pool. The fitness room with sauna and bathroom are also located here. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each room with its own light and high-quality bathroom and balcony. Infront of the house is a large beautiful pool, with futuristic sun loungers and outdoor shower. It is lacking for nothing - Experience an unforgettable holiday that focuses on providing high standard. On the ground floor (67m2) is a tavern with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room in a rustic style, one bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. Large windows provide views of the sea and plenty of light. On the covered terrace you can enjoy the early morning Sun and your first coffee. Entrance is from the garden in which you have a barbeque access to the parking lot. Floors are connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor (approx 145m2) is villa's main entrance to the house and also access to the ground floor and second floor by interior staircase.The spacious and modern living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining room for 12 people has a large terrace with swimming pool offering a magnificent view of the sea. Pool area is 24m2, depth 1.5 m on all parts and a large terrace with 6 deck chairs and has a view of the sea. On the first floor are also a sauna and fitness room with bathroom. The second floor (approx 98m2) consists of 4 rooms with bathrooms. Guest access Guests in our villa have access to everything in the building such as a sauna, swimming pool, gym, children's playground, garden, etc. Also guests have access to all the things and equipment that is located in the kitchen and the rest. Our villa also offers Outside of the teaching activity you can choose but not in the price of the accommodation unit. Other things to note Pets are allowed on request.
