"Bramasole Lerici" is a well known location for holidays, it is located on the hills of Lerici, just 2 km far from the center. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view on the Gulf of Poets, you can relax while using the pool (shared with the other rented apartments) and sunbathing in the terrace. Available for this apartment there is an exclusive terrace independent. The parking next to the apartment is free and there is an EV charger available. The apartment's design focuses on a careful selection of colors and materials to provide guests with a truly relaxing experience. The bathroom, adorned with natural stone walls and a shower that mimics a natural setting, creates a unique and refreshing ambiance. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with a freezer. A washing machine, drying rack, iron board, and iron are also at your disposal. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. The TV is equipped with Netflix and Disney Plus, perfect for entertaining kids and giving you some well-deserved downtime. On the spacious terrace upstairs, guests can access the pool and bask in the sun while relishing the panoramic views of the gulf. Guest access Parking is free and directly in front of the accommodation. For electric vehicles, there are 2 charging stations. Their use is free; you just need to have your own cable with a "Type 2" connection. Upon arrival, you will be provided with an electronic card for access to the apartment and for activating the electrical supply. You will also be given the remote control to open the automatic gate of the driveway. Other things to note The property is not a bed and breakfast, so we do not provide breakfast. It is not even an hotel, so please do not expect to have a 24h service. I live in Aachen, in Germany, so if you need anything you have to contact me through Airbnb. My parents are on site but they do not speak english, they help me with the check-in and check-out. If not already clear from the pictures and from the map, the apartment is on the hills, NOT in the center, so if you don't like to walk, it is recommended to come with a car or motorbike.
