The home is also only a short 15-minute drive to the Craft District and Lake Superior. This private home has a master suite on one side with a large master bathroom, complete with a tiled walk-in shower and a large closet. On the other side of the home, there are two bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed). There is a full bath located by these bedrooms and near the living room area. Enjoy the open living space with a gas fireplace, cozy leather furniture, and wood floors. There is a high-end kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and coffee pot along with a dining space to relax and eat. Off of the living room/kitchen area is a beautiful sunroom where you can enjoy a good book, game night, or shut the door to get work done. The garage is a large game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, a 5000-game arcade machine, and a big-screen TV. Out back there is a patio with a grill and patio table to enjoy the large backyard. Newly added is a large wood-burning sauna with a changing room for you to kick back, relax, and unwind.
