The Space Step inside this tidy and spacious home, where you'll find a welcoming blend of modern art and comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living area after a day of exploring, or settle in with a good book. The house features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and its own reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling. Fresh linen and pillows are provided for a restful night's sleep. Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The home also includes a full bathroom stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. For your convenience, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and complimentary detergent is also available for your use. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. Enjoy a seamless and flexible arrival with our keyless self check-in system. A unique code for the smart keypad on the front door will be sent to your Airbnb Inbox prior to your stay. A dedicated parking space labelled "36A parking" is provided for ONLY ONE VEHICLE at the back of the house. Other things to note Please read the following details carefully before booking to ensure our home is the perfect fit for your trip. We want your stay to be wonderful and your expectations to be met! SUNCOAST 36A Amenity Limitations Our home is a residential space, not a hotel. The following amenities are NOT provided. Please do not book if these are essential for your stay. ❌ Cable or free-to-air TV channels ❌ Beach essentials (towels, chairs, etc.) ❌ BBQ and related essentials ❌ Guest accounts for Netflix or other streaming platforms (you are welcome to use your own) ❌ Access to a garage or carport ❌ We're unable to host pets. No exceptions. Booking Stay Details ✅ We kindly request a response to our pre-booking questions when we reach out. Detective of the Month: Sherlock Holmes ✅ Standard check-in is 3:00 PM or later. ✅ Standard check-out is by 10:00 AM. ✅ Early check-in (earlier than 2PM) or late check-out (after 11AM) is subject to a fee of $30. Subject to availability. ✅ The house rate is based on a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. We don't host more than 6 guests. ✅ A starter welcome kit with basic essentials is provided. These items are not replenished during your stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need. ✅ Please note that there is only ONE dedicated parking space for one car.
