Check In Time: 3pm - 9pm The primary guest who books the reservation will need to confirm a check in time with the host 24 hours prior to arrival. The host will be present at agreed upon time to check ID and provide the access codes. The primary guest is encouraged to have their ID verified by VRBO before submitting a reservation request. A valid government ID from the booking guest is required for check in. Check Out Time: by 11am House Rules - No smoking or vaping - No pets - No guests or visitors allowed unless they are listed on the reservation - No parties or large events - No loud music or activities - No fires in the fireplace or outside - No candles or space heaters - No street parking - No parking on grass - No illegal websites - No illegal activities of any kind - Doors and windows must be closed and locked when not at the home. If the door is left unlocked or garage is left open, the host reserves the right to access the property to lock up. - Please remove shoes when inside of the home - Children are welcome but note that the property is not childproofed and host/owners shall not be liable if an accident occurs. - Please keep the property tidy and trash in the bins provided - Mail or packages may not be sent to the home address. If needed send mail to a dedicated pickup location like a PO Box or the UPS store. - Subletting is not allowed. - A security camera with video and audio will be actively recording outside of the property during the entire stay. Tampering with the security system is not permitted. - Contact us right away if any problem arises that impacts your stay or the functionality of the home. - Violation of house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and additional fees imposed. - Maximum length of stay is 26 days.
