Deck has BBQ with mini fridge and outdoor sink, firepit, and sectional. Queen bed in upper and lower bedroom. No shared spaces besides boardwalk down to the beach. Private entrance, two private decks. Plenty of parking. The guest house is very private but my wife and I do live on the property in the main house if you need anything! We have a friendly golden doodle who may say hello if you happen to run into him. The side yard in front of the unit is for your use, but please walk quickly through the backyard to the beach as that is for the main house. Thanks! Bookings are Friday to Friday only! My wife and I live in the main house on the property- there are no shared spaces and unit is very private but when you are walking to the beach through the main house backyard please be respectful!
