Outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings. Pool table for indoor fun. 2 large-screen TVs for movie or game night The space You can always add the in-law suite for $150 a nice to your booking if needed. However, if you don’t book it, no other guests will stay on the property—only your group. Once the main house is booked, the in-law suite is automatically blocked on our calendar. House Rules Check in after 4:00 PM Check out before 11:00 AM Maximum overnight guests: 14 (sleeps up to 14 adults) Minimum age to rent: 28 Drivers Licensed Required- No exceptions Complete Drivers License Required after booking or reservation will be cancelled if refused. Children allowed: ages 0-17 Bring water shoes for safety reasons. Pets allowed: Up to 2 dogs of any size with a $150 pet fee per pet. Please indicate on the reservation and pay the pet fee. Bring kennel - PET must be in a kennel when guest is not present. No events allowed No smoking allowed on property NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON DECKS. Smoking on property will be accessed an additional cleaning fee of $500. This is the woods and there are pests! Our home is professionally treated by a pest control company quarterly ...but those pesky pests may still find a way in. Typically a shoe or such will take care of the intruder that sneaks in while a door is open, but if it's more than that we will send the bug guy out right away. Please keep doors and windows shut to reduce this. We rarely have issues with any of these but want to note we will immediately correct if an issue arises. Refunds aren't given for these items without the opportunity to correct them first. If all is perfect we will leave you to enjoy your stay! You won't hear from us again until the day prior to check out when we will send a reminder. Of course if you need anything in the interim we are on stand by. Guest access Guests have access to the whole main house minus a few closets we use for storage. The mother in law suite space is not included unless you add it to your reservation. Other things to note Our property is close to the road. The living spaces and fun activities are focused on the back yard so no need to go to the front. We also provide a noise machine for any road noise if needed. We also have a charity focused motorcycle club across the street. They have never been a bother and get together to plan events at the location. Hot Tub Notice: On days when we have a same-day check-out and check-in, the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, and refilled after each guest. Because of this, it may take several hours to heat back up to full temperature. We do this to ensure every guest has a clean, fresh hot tub experience.
