The space Comfortable Living Spaces & Thoughtful Amenities The home features a spacious and inviting living room with a comfortable couch, chaise lounge, and side chair—perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake or exploring the harbor. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku TV, or settle in at the dedicated desk workspace with direct Ethernet connection, ideal for remote work or checking emails during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals. You’ll find cookware, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, a crockpot, and kitchen essentials. We also provide seasonings and olive oil to make cooking a little easier. Just off the kitchen, the dining area features a beautiful Amish-made cherry table with seating for four—perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening conversation. All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds designed to help you rest and recharge. The master bedroom includes a convenient half bathroom, while the main bathroom is stocked with shampoo and body wash in the shower. For added convenience, you’ll also find Shout stain remover in the cabinet should you need it during your stay. For families traveling with little ones, we provide a Pack ’n Play—just bring your child’s favorite blanket to help them feel at home. The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. If needed, a designated outdoor container is available upon request, and we kindly ask guests to keep the door closed so smoke does not enter the home. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well-equipped space where you can relax and feel at home during your visit. Guest access Entry & Property Guidelines The primary entry door, located closest to the garage, uses a secure passcode lock for easy self check-in. When you enter, you’ll step into a short hallway leading into the home. For your convenience and safety, a motion-activated light turns on automatically when the door opens. There is one step up into the home, and a grab bar is installed next to the step to provide additional support. Smoke-Free Property Our home and garage are strictly non-smoking. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the house or garage. Guests who choose to smoke must do so outside only and should keep the door closed so smoke does not enter the home. A designated outdoor container (“butt bucket”) is available upon request, and we ask that it be emptied before checkout. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Gatherings & Additional Guests This is a quiet, non-party home designed for relaxing stays. We understand that friends and family may visit while you are in town, and we’re happy to accommodate that with advance notice. If additional guests plan to visit or stay overnight, please let us know ahead of time. Airbnb requires hosts to keep an accurate record of guests staying at the property, and we appreciate your understanding. Other things to note Our room rates include the 8% bed tax, which is required by the city and county. If you are going to use the washer and dryer, you need to bring your own supplies. Please clean the lint filter on the dryer with each load. In the summer we have a basket with beach towels in it for you to use when you go to the lake.
