Pinky promise! ***Painters will start painting entry doors on Monday, February 23rd. They will start work at 8:00 am and work until approximately 5:30 pm. Two crews will be working. One crew will start on the 18th floor and work down, while the other crew will start on the 2nd floor and work their way up. Doors will have to be left propped open for approximately 3-4 hours while drying. There will be sanding involved in this project, so it will be noisy at times. The whole project is expected to take a month to complete. Dates subject to change.*** Sanibel 1405 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo with an incredible view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 14th floor. Dining room table seats eight, with four barstools for additional seating. • Washer and dryer are inside the unit • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • New mattresses as of Spring 2025 • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry • Maximum of three cars allowed.
