The space Parnell House is a grade II listed building which is part of a protected historical conservation area within the heart of former market town Shipston-on-Stour. The property has been newly and elegantly refurbished throughout, respecting the period features and character. Cosy living room with Smart TV and SONOS music speaker, spacious dining room and well equipped modern kitchen. Outside the property there is an idyllic private enclosed courtyard for al fresco dining. Luxuriously furnished and decorated, each bedroom sleeps two people comfortably, two having en-suite and the others sharing a family bathroom. The house enjoys free parking off the street in one private parking space and plenty of further free parking available within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Guests also have use of a washing machine during their stay. Well behaved pets are welcomed with prior arrangement. The courtyard garden is completely enclosed and safe for pets. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the whole property, including private parking space and outdoor courtyard. Other things to note The house is equipped with full fibre internet WiFi, 4k Smart TV and SONOS music speaker, so guests are encouraged to bring any of their own logins to enjoy access to their favourite streaming services. The house is over three floors, the ground floor comprising kitchen, living and dining rooms. Up one fight of stairs with a 180 degree turn to the first floor with one king and one twin bedroom and the main bathroom. Another turning staircase leads to the top floor with one king and one double, both with en suite shower rooms. Early check in / late check out may be arranged by prior agreement, if possible. Pet Policy We are dog friendly and welcome one (or two small) well behaved dogs but please note that they must be listed on the reservation when you book. Indicate the number/type of pets you would like to bring. Pets must be house trained. Pets are not to be left in the property unattended, if they are likely to cause any damage, or disturbance to our neighbours. Pets must not be tied up outside. No pets on furniture / beds to ensure that the house is kept in excellent condition for all of our guests. Please bring your pet's bed (and crate if using) Please do not use any white towels for pets. Please bring your own pet towels, or use those provided in the dog bag in the kitchen. Please pick up all pet poo from the garden.
