This spacious vacation home has a large, modern and cozy living room and offers access to the terrace. The garden is fully enclosed. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to cook for 10 people. It is a beautiful vacation home for a family vacation. In the evening, you can enjoy the setting sun. This vacation home is therefore very suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious shellfish dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants. The space From November 2024 until mid/end of February 2025, our vacation home will be renovated. In 2025, we will start renting out a completely renovated house. New bathroom upstairs, new floors on the first floor and the ground floor, new box spring beds, new kitchen, new bathroom downstairs with en suite bedroom. Fully finished and painted. The garden in the summer is absolutely amazing: if you start outside in the morning or come back from a day at the beach, the spacious garden with different seating areas is a breeze. And our outdoor dining table(s) have plenty of room for everyone, so you can have that big summer lunch or dinner. Inside, the house has a modern and bright interior, with natural colors. All well taken care of, and especially the living room is a very cozy place to be during a little cooler or rainy days. In autumn and winter, you can enjoy plenty of fresh air and then relax with a nice cup of tea (or red wine) on the large sofa that can accommodate everyone. A week or weekend at the beach is always great, every season. There's an efficient check-in/check-out process. In the house you will also find: - Clean sheets - All beds are made upon arrival, so you can enjoy your stay right away - Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom - Check-in is from 4 p.m., check-out before 10 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. We allow pets, but due to allergies of many guests, we are required to do some extra cleaning to clean everything thoroughly. That's why we charge a pet fee if you want to bring your furry friends. The swimming pool is located at the front of the park, and is accessible to all guests. Sign up at the front desk to be able to swim. Guest access A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the house. Our guests will have the entire house to themselves. This is a normal full-size kitchen, etc. So you will have the same options, just like being at home. The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Your home on the beach... Other things to note The house is located 200 meters from the sea. The beds are made upon arrival. Bath linens are optional. You can bring it yourself or rent it for €5 pp The gas consumption is charged separately at €2.5/M3 Electricity is charged at €0.60 cents/KWH WELL-BEHAVED DOGS are welcome, €60 per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the beds. There is toilet paper upon arrival. There is no toilet paper for a full stay. The tourist tax is charged separately upon arrival. €3.50 per person per night If the dishes are left standing, €25 will be charged. Please clean the BBQ before departure.
