The space Our mountain side home is Hacienda Style modern living with all Mexican finishes and custom hardwoods. All of the artwork is painted by a local artist. Our colorful home is inviting and relaxing with handblown glass fixtures, spa like bathrooms, and cozy lighting. Easily walk to all the nearby clubs and restaurants on the Malecon. You can access our home by one flight of stairs from the street level entrance. Our large private covered patio has lots of flowers, birds (see our in-home bird guide) and fresh herbs for cooking. The main large pool is 5 flights of stairs down from our home. Bay View Splash Pool is on an elevated roof top 3 levels up from Pool with great views of entire bay and sunsets. There are no elevators. Master bedroom has ensuite spa bathroom and bay views with large 42 inch fold out television for in-room TV or patio TV viewing, and direct patio access. Second bedroom has jungle views and serves as a deluxe home theater with 86 inch TV and surround sound, or we convert it to a private second bedroom with adjacent private spa bathroom (your choice at booking). You'll enjoy super plush and soft King Size beds, super soft and comfy bamboo sheets. We will greet you upon arrival including welcome amenities and beverages. You can message your hosts in Vallarta during your stay via AIRBNB. Condo includes purified water and purified ice. If you want to get away from it all in a colorful and romantic mountainside spot, with quick walks to all the best beach clubs, the Romantic Zone, the boardwalk and hundreds of restaurants, our home is definitely for you. Guest access You will have private access to our entire home, shared access to the main pool, and shared access to the Roof Top Splash Pool which has a great view of the bay and sunsets. You will have your own private and secure covered patio with locked and gated entrance. You will access our home via the main Villas Loma Linda entrance with an electronic pass key, plus an additional key to access our private home. This is a very secure and safe location in Amapas, Puerto Vallarta. Other things to note We require you to respect other residents with no loud music and no noise after 10 pm. No parties are allowed at this condo. The condo is limited to no more than 6 people at any one time per condo regulations.
