Nice room ONLY 150 MTS FROM THE BEACH and bus stop to Vallarta, Airport, Sayulita and more in less than 40 min. The room has shared bathroom, neat and fresh terrace and full kitchen, there is a well assorted grocery store just across the street, also there is a lot of restaurants and gallerys around. You wont find a closer place to the beach in the best area of Bucerias for less IMPORTANT: Use of Air Conditioning is MXN $100 o $50 / night (depends season), which is paid upon arriva The space If you are looking for a place to rest, excelent location, and not to spend so much money in a full place, this is your choice The King Size bed is suitable for 3 persons, and i have an inflatable mattress in case you want to sleep 2 and 1 Guest access the bathroom is shared with other room, but you have your own private access (the bathroom has two doors, one for each room), the kitchen is fully equiped, laundry is not available for guests, but there are many places to do laundry around just ask, Also there is an Air Conditioner and a fan, and generally is very fresh, btw the room is in a first floor with stairs access During your stay Normally in the mornings im not at home, but my mom, will be happy to recieve you and provide you with everything you may need, during afternoon and weekends im at home most of the time, and i can gladly help you out about what to see or to visit in Bucerias and near places. Despite having hours of check in and check out, there is flexibility in case there are no reservations of other guests before or after your arrival, in any case I will let you know. Other things to note There are two cats at home, but they are very friendly, if you dont like cats dont worry, they never goes upstairs where the room is.
