Enjoy a true upstate NY experience at this updated Greenville farmhouse on l’Orangerie’s 18 acres! Only 30 minutes to Windham. Relax in our cedar hot tub in the back deck. An above ground pool is located behind the house. There is a large private pond with a row boat and two fishing lines available. Everything you need 5 min drive away (supermarket, restaurants, gas, pharmacy). IG: @tenants.ofthetrees The space Guests are welcome to enjoy the farmhouse, pool area, and the private pond! The old barn, the stable and adjoining greenhouse however are off limits. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, the house, and pond. The sheds, garage, stable and greenhouse are not available for guest use. The fenced area by the old barn and its annex is off limits. Other things to note The farmhouse is located on the grounds of l’Orangerie New York. The second service driveway may be used for occasional grounds maintenance around the greenhouse and the barn during your stay. No events will take place during farmhouse rentals. Guests are welcome to explore the area but we ask that you do not enter the greenhouse. If you would like to go inside or are interested in hosting an event with us we would be happy to provide a tour if available.
