Welcome to our Atri-Home! Our beautiful, mid-mod, atrium-centric home, nestled in a quiet and lush neighborhood steps from the Flagstaff Urban Trail system, as well as perfectly central access to interstates, Grand Canyon, Sedona, snowbowl, and downtown Flagstaff. Enjoy evenings in the hot tub, let the kids play in the large backyard, cook up meals for the family in the oversized kitchen, snuggle by the gas fire at night, and bring the outdoors in sitting in the atrium. Call Atri-Home your home! The space The home consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. One bedroom+bathroom in the home is part of a mother-in-law quarters suite which is attached to the home but only accessed by walking outside. It has a king bed, tv, fireplace, and its own small kitchen setup with fridge+oven+microwave if multiple cooking areas are desired. The main part of the home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are 2 master bedrooms consisting of king beds and full walk in showers, both en-suite There are then 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a "kids room" with a twin sized day bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The large kitchen has ample counterspace, full fridge, and multiple coffee options such as pour over, french press, and drip coffee, along with locally roasted beans we provide coupled with a burr grinder to uniformly grind to your coffee lover's desires! A double oven allows for plenty of cooking options, along with all necessary cooking dishes, tools, pots and pans, spices, cooking oils, etc.! If you're wondering if the kitchen has anything, feel free to reach out and ask! The dining area seats up to 8, with another game room/dining area which can accommodate another 4 - 6.
