This helps offset the additional costs associated with laundry, and utilities. Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your pets free of charge! We kindly ask that all guests clean up fully after their pets (both indoors and outdoors). Checkout: Please help us minimize fees by leaving the home in the same general condition you found it (e.g., wash dishes, dispose of trash). Excessive Cleaning Fee: In the event that the home requires cleaning beyond standard turnover and sanitation, an additional deep-cleaning fee of $250 will be charged at checkout. Keeping the Home Tidy: While we understand that accidents happen and kids can be messy, we kindly ask that guests make every effort to clean up after their children.
